Standard Refund & Return Policy
1. Vendor Responsibility
Small Business Connect is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each store operating on this platform is an independent entity. Therefore, the individual Vendor is solely responsible for the fulfillment, quality, and condition of the products sold, as well as the processing of any refunds or exchanges.
2. General Policy Guidelines
While each Vendor may set their own specific return window (e.g., 14 or 30 days), the following general rules apply across the marketplace:
- Faulty or Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, the Vendor is required to offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer guarantee laws.
- Change of Mind: Refunds for “change of mind” are at the sole discretion of the individual Vendor.
- Condition of Returns: Items must generally be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, buyers must contact the Vendor directly through their specific store profile on the Small Business Connect platform. Please include your order number and photo evidence if the item is faulty.
4. Limitation of Liability
Small Business Connect is not liable for any product defects, shipping delays, or disputes between buyers and Vendors. Small Business Connect does not hold inventory and acts only as a venue for transactions. Any financial restitution or product liability remains the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
