We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (for example, financial records which we may need to retain for 7 years under Australian tax law).

Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical and platform improvement purposes.

6.1 Access Your Information

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time. We will respond to access requests within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from our marketing and newsletter emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. Note that you may still receive essential transactional emails related to your membership even if you opt out of marketing.

6.5 Withdraw Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
